Wells Fargo Bank in Elizabeth, CO

My husband went in to deposit his check. They would not allow him to deposit his check and get any money back. I called to see why and they said its there rules. I explained to them my situation. Which was my three children needed food ( i wasnt kidding) as all of you may know times are tough. I am 8 months preg. And its our grocery week. Thanks to the manager louis not helping my family i have no clue what i will do for my children. Like always ill figure it out but being a customer with wells fargo since 2001 i can guarantee Tuesday when are funds are available we will be closing all of our accounts with them and going somewhere else

I get asked every time to open an account and if I don't, they charge me $7.50 to cash my payroll check that's from their company. Well, this is exactly why I won't open an account with you guys. Ripoff in my opinion. I wouldn't want anyone I wrote a check to, to have to deal with that. Never again will I do business or cash checks here.

Love this branch! The employees are always helpful and friendly and work with us if there is a problem..have had a few problems with Wells Fargo in the past, but seeing we have been with them for over 12 years, it says something that we haven't changed banks over it. Their rules are no different from any other bank's rules, that I've heard of.

Worse banker ever don't know ifvhes lazy or stupid. Went in Saturday because I was told my card had been flagged for fraud it was close to closing so he said I was fine come back Monday my card was cancelled and he did not give me a temp card I went to get gas Sunday night in estis park well 40 miles from and card was rejected it was 5 degrees and snowing I had no blankets or water or food at midnight my wife got there at 430 i my feet where hurting from frost bite starting. I went to bank this morning and told him and manager what happened both laughed. I called customer care they did nothing. I am now seeing a lawyer and have a interview withc2 TV channel's. I'm so up set I'm finished with these people. Were do the hire them skid row. I lost a job because I was not there at 5 I own my own company I can't afford to lose a job and I can't work now because my feet are raw and bleeding.

I love this branch. Always helpful. Always friendly. Cameron and Abby are the best!!
