Customer service through drive through is horrible even being the first person in the lane it takes 20-30 minutes. Tellers don't speak up or even seem interested to help you out. This is the 4th time we have had slow and horrible service with ENT.

Basically, they have better rates and better and friendlier customer service than any other institution I've heard of around town. And even though it may be more reflective of the individual than the institution, get this: I left 75ยข on the desk when I was talking with an agent there. They deposited it in my account after I left! It was just seventy-five cents and no one pocketed it to use in a meter, nothing like that. They gave it back to me, even though I might have never known! And they even put a nice little memo on the transaction so I would know exactly where it came from.
