Wells Fargo Bank in Cañon City, CO

This rates as the worst banking experience that I have ever had. After waiting over an hour for help, I finally received it. I left the bank thinking my problem was solved and two weeks later, my account was closed. Before the account was closed, I tried to phone for information about a letter I'd received from the head office. I was never connected directly to the person I needed to talk with, but was told that phone calls are replied to between 24 hours and 48 hours after a customer calls in. I did receive a callback, but only on my answering machine. There was no other attempt to contact me. I'm wondering if this is a failure in the whole Wells Fargo banking system. This is the second Wells Fargo Branch I tried to contact to get my problem solved. Perhaps they have done me a favor by closing the account. I'm moving on, and will try harder to convince my husband to move his business account to another bank. A very frustrating experience. If I could rate it a ZERO, I would.
