U.S. Bank Branch in Cañon City, CO

They have trouble answering their phone at 8:30am when they open.

I have been a US Bank customer for over 14 years. I called today to see if I could get a fee waived and the branch manager of this location let me know that they could not waive the fee. She literally told me that my business was not valued because the bank does not make any money off of my checking account. Guess I will take my business to a bank that actually values me as a customer.

This bank should at least have it where they waive ATM fees if you use another bank besides their's.

I don't have a need to go into the branch very often, but every time I have, they've been very helpful and pleasant. The teller even sent me a thank you note after I went in to get a cashier's check to purchase a car. US Bank also offers free Platinum checking to military veterans.

This Bank should not be used. Seized my money. left my family stranded without access to my bank. I lived 45 minutes up the mountain unable to make it home without gas or funds. All on a hunch by the manager Logan when days later to find nothing to back his hunch. So my account was released, but If you want your money, or even your family's money controlled or even looked at, by a guy named Logan then stay away from any U.S.BANK seems they have no pride in there employees. Who names there Kid Logan... Get your own account with your own funds to control. How can you work at a bank that's Broke
