Century Chevrolet in Broomfield, CO

I had shopped at Century about 15 years ago and swore I'd never go back. I am SO GLAD I didn't take my own advice. Chris, our salesman was knowledgeable and very kind.i also met the GM, Jay, and the used car manager, Bret. We ended up buying two cars. My son's first new car and a beautiful pre-owned Cadillac for me. I would absolutely return for any future purchases and would recommend to others.

Hear it is,Why would any dealer let any customer drive a car home? Not knowing if this vehicle is really the customers vehicle are not, U have payment numbers and no financial information I think that's just wrong not knowing if a call is going to say more money are return vehicle. Customer Service to the MAX! While recently deployed to the middle east, I decided to I wanted to purchase a vehicle. I soon found out that this task was far more difficult than I had anticipated. Upon hearing my situation, most dealerships quickly turned me away, because I simply wasn't worth the extra effort. Not Century Chevrolet! Jory Daniels went above and beyond to take care of me with my unique circumstances. He took the time to help me through the entire process of purchasing the vehicle, to include getting the windows tinted, all the while taking the prolonged time due to the time and geographical difference. Once I got back stateside, I went to the dealership, and there she was, my beautiful car all cleaned up and waiting for me, one hell of a welcome home gift. If this is the level of customer service and commitment to customers they are willing to show me, I can't begin to imagine how the treat customers that are considerably easier to deal with. Cannot recommend this place enough!

service is exceptional. They always go above and beyond my expectations. Last week I took my car in because it wasn't starting. I called around and was quoted outrageous prices to even look at it. I'm a single mom with only one vehicle so having my car fixed correctly was important. Glenn and his staff took great care and were able to identify the problem and fix it quickly. Not only that inspected the vehicle for any other issues to be sure I was safe on the road. I felt genuine care when I was at century and that makes all the difference in the world. Thanks guys!
