Wells Fargo Bank in Boulder, CO

Not a fan of this branch. I mainly go in for foreign currency and there is always a line and I have to wait 15-20 minutes. The last time I went in there were 4 tellers for general banking and 1 customer. At the same time there were 4 customers in front of me at the foreign currency desk and one foreign currency teller. I pointed this out to the person who greets you as you walk in the branch. The greeter said "sorry sir we are really busy right now it won't be too long". Wow ... is this the best you have? Wells Fargo thinks putting a greeter out front who fakes helping you and doesn't know how to handle an obvious question is customer service! I have moved most of my business to Elevations Credit Union...unfortunately they don't have a foreign currency desk so need to deal with WF.

Wells Fargo conducts false fees on every transaction, and has a history of destroying lives in the US. NEVER EVER!

Good luck connecting with a live human at this branch. The WF website states that this location does currency exchange, but I can't reach anyone to confirm this for me, discuss rates, or confirm availability. Fail.

While I'm not a fan of WF Corporate (or any other huge bank), I have had nothing but excellent service from this branch. I just purchased yen for a trip and it took literally only one minute to get to the international currency teller. My past experiences here have also been excellent.

Every Wells Fargo branch will no longer will take loose change and exchange it for cash. This makes literally zero sense. I give you my money and in exchange I expect a minimal number of services, and having a change exchange program is one of those minimal services. First Wells Fargo secretly created millions of unauthorized bank and credit card accounts, and now I can't even get cash for my change at any of your branches anymore. Not making me want to keep my business here at all, I would give them 0 out of 5 stars if possible.
