This has been my personal and business branch for over 5 years. They have excellent customer service and virtually no lines.

Yes this branch is usually empty (see Leanne G.'s review). That's because they are a TERRIBLE bank. Last November they *mistakenly executed twice* a transfer to my daughter's USBank acct in Portland. There weren't funds to cover the double transfer, so high fees for my daughter and high fees for me. Half a dozen letters to local and national customer service people trying to get the fees waived. No dice, we're keeping your money. Somehow another branch in town got involved, but their systems don't talk to each other. Chase Bank offers for free the kind of electronic transfers that US Bank either charges fees for, or doesn't offer at all. Avoid US Bank at all costs (or pay the costs)!!

They charged my account "dormancy fees" after the branch manager repeatedly and directly insisted they wouldn't. They would not overturn them and would not acknowledge their mistake. I took my case all the way to the District Manager, who insisted they would fix the problem and refund my money. Instead, I started receiving letters from collections agencies a few weeks later. Avoid at all costs if your money and credit score are important to you.
