Chase Bank in Boulder, CO

If you're looking for a bank with cheap fees and good internet presence for your needs. However, personal service is definately NOT what you're going to get. This is a corporate bank and you get what you pay for.

I needed cash and saw the bank so dropped in to withdraw some money from the cash machine. I wanted to break one of the twenties into smaller change and asked at the counter. The teller looked at me like I was asking for spare plutonium for my flux capacitor, futzed on the computer for a while, and then left to ask around for a few minutes before returning to say they could only do this for customers with an account. So much for the $3 convenience fee to withdraw money there... invest or spend it well, Chase, it is the last of my money you will ever see. I walked down to the Safeway in hopes they could help and found the US Bank counter by luck. When I asked to break my twenty the only question they asked was what bills I would like back, along with a smile and a "have a great day."
