EZPAWN in Aurora, CO

Went in with merchandise for a loan, and the rep was extremely rude... saying negative things from the start about something I want to come back for like having it there would bring down the value of their cheap ass store anyway. Please do not go to EZ PAWN!!!! I should have listened to all the reviews, but I thought I'd give it a try... dumb-ass. Never again will I ever go to any ez pawn the reps I guess have a God complex like the wanna be's they are lol. Let me sum it up... WOW!!!!!

My husband went to pawn their they where rude and unhelpful they lack people skills will never go their again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

Warning: THIS PLACE SUCKS. I had layaway and the girl with glasses and piercings, did not tell me about all the fees that came with it or anything else, she just did the layaway and took my money. I went to get my money back because it was ridiculous why I would be paying $30 worth of fees, and they DO NOT GIVE MONEY BACK. I believe they should have told me this or i wouldn't have done it at all. I would give it zero stars if I could.

This place is totally fucked. The worst EZ Pawn out there. I bought a bike there on a Saturday... I wanted to bring it back Sunday but they were closed, I couldn't bring it back until Tuesday because of work. Well... The front tire had a flat. I bought three inner tubes trying to fix, didn't work. Then they wouldn't take it back because I didn't buy the warranty. A warranty is suppose to cover an item that is working when you buy it, but breaks later... Not an item broken when you buy it. They sold a broken item to me. This is very shady business. This place is unethical. Not to mention offers on my items so low it makes me sick. Take your time and drive to the next EZ Pawn... None of them are great... But this one is totally fucked.

Lowballed on every item ive ever pawned there which was more than once unfortunately and made to feel so disrespected & like i was ignorant to the value of my item when you could clearly look around and find the same/similar item being sold for 5 times what you just got offered from them at times of need. Rude manager past & current 12/16) and flunky staff with no brains of their own. A pawn broker should posess ppl communication skills in hopes to bring their cutomers back to buy or sell there but they dont give a dam!! Wont go back there again.
