Public Service Credit Union in Arvada, CO

Every time I go to this branch they make a mistake and I am on the phone for an hour trying to fix what they did. I try to bank here because it is near my house. FOUR TIMES is more than enough. The Lakewood branch will get my business even though it is 30 minutes away

PSCU is like my family. They take care of my family and I tremendously well and working with their help I was able to buy a house again. They also have great rates for cars' purchase. Reason my family of 4 are all with them including my two working daughters. They are head and shoulders over Chase and Wells Fargo! THEIR CARE AND SUPPORT IS AMAZING!

We have a savings, checking, and loan with PSCU, and they are possibly the worst Credit Union with inept tellers who cannot even post a mortgage payment correctly, nor can the Mortgage Department where I have been sending my payments directly to for over a year because of their inept Tellers. They also do not post payments in a timely manner, nor do they post additional principal or escrow payments on the day they actually post the payment. Their customer service is horrible, and don't expect them to contact you or return a phone call - even if you apply for a loan (auto or home), you have to call them back. This has been the worst experience EVER!!!!!!!! Do not bother to bank here! My local branch is the Arvada branch, but have dealt with the Mortgage division on MANY occasions because they cannot do their job correctly either.

Sometimes there is a short wait, but the tellers always make up for with their great attitudes and great customer service!

We went in to open a youth savings and the staff overall was amazing! Laurie Ripley helped us out and she really went above and beyond, she even took our daughter into the vault and let her help with the coins. We typically go to the location on 120th in Thornton but the service was so good here, we will make the drive anytime we need help!
