Partner Colorado Credit Union in Arvada, CO

This is the worst bank I've ever utilized. They continually put holds on checks (that are obviously from emoloyers), and are terrible to work with in terms of customer service. They ha e essentially ruined our Christmas by putting a long check hold on my spouse's payroll check (he just got a new employee 3 weeks ago, first check from them). We will be closing our account immediately and going to another bank. There have been a multitude of other mishaps, causing us a great deal of stress. I cannot stress this enough: TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I have been with the credit union for about 3 years now! I also work in the auto industry with the finance department! on both levels, this credit union is a delight to work with. Everyone is helpful and happy at all times. They make you feel like a valued member with every transaction! they have a great mobile app and they are always updating! I love them so much! I have been with/worked with almost all of Colorado's credit unions and this is by far my choice of who to work with!

The staff here are more interested in getting you in and out than dealing with your concerns. On two occasions money was deposited in the wrong format for my auto loan causing issues on the following month, luckily I caught it the second time. I've only visited 3 times to make large deposits to my account to feed my auto loan. That's 2/3 issues, that's not good. Celia (bank manager) and Kelli (representative) both hinted at pushing blame elsewhere and we're more interested in moving on with their day than having a happy, fully informed customer. It'll be a pleasure if I can get through paying off this auto loan with no more problems... However, I left with unanswered questions and will need to contact another branch to determine the answers/resolutions. Oy vey!

Raggedy ass bank. Hard to work with my vehicle loan, horrible customer service. Incompetent staff from tellers to management. I wouldn't even rate it one star.
