Terrible customer service, rude employees. Sky high interest rates. If you have ANY other option, avoid doing business with One Main Financial. I took a loan, I've been paying it as agreed. Tried to change my payment method and was treated like a deadbeat. They make it as difficult as possible for you to deal with them.

Don't let them talk you into pulling your credit, they tried to offer me a loan at 21% interest, just go to your bank.

I'd give no stars if I could. Unbelievably disrespectful staff. I had to follow up on my application hours after I was promised a follow up, then the woman I spoke to HUNG UP ON ME. When I immediately called back to talk to the branch manager, I could hear the same woman discussing my loan in the background. I confronted the manager on this incredibly unprofessional treatment and was basically told that it wasn't their fault and too bad, so sad. Don't do business with these people - they are hands down, the worst financial institution I have ever dealt with.
