Their business practice is unfair and crooked and they can only be described as sharks that enjoy punishing people who are doing their best to take care of financial obligations. SHARKS!!!!

If i could do less than a star I would. To start this off Rocco called me and asked for a debt collection from Connolly towing. After realizing i do owe part of it i called to pay the debt. Rocco had told me earlier as long as i keep in touch i can pay my debt and he will remove it from my credit report. OF COURSE after i got everything settled and called him back this is not the case. It is on my report and will be for 7 years. His supervisor was very rude and yelled at me before i raised my voice. They are very unprofessional and to be honest I am afraid to give these people my credit card to pay my debt. I hope the higher ups read this and call me because i do want to pay my debt. I just cannot trust a word that comes out of there mouths.

Who do they think they are?!? TOM, ALPINE CREDIT, and my past due medical bill can stay on my credit another 2 years after which will fall off. TOM is rude unprofessional and quiet frankly just plain STUPID! When I called to settle my debt TOM called me a foreigner and said I would go to jail if I failed to pay immediately and in full. Is he crazy? Everything out of his mouth were threats and lies. He can't get away with yelling at people either. I'm an educated American. I know how collection agencies work and I know how to work with collection agencies. I knew just who I was dealing with the minute TOM told me he would have me sent back to the border if I didn't pay up. What a fool? This place must be audited and check all phone calls. If TOM Is your real name, I hope you read this. I feel bad for you because you' deserve what's coming.

Horrible customer service! Some how no manager is ever there and they refuse to provide proof in writing only verbal verification! Do not come here ever

Horrible I don't think they know what they are doing! Never dealt with such unprofessional rude people, no they don't deserve one star. Idiots, still have to figure out how to get a paid lien off my house which is their job, but they say it's not!!!!
