Incompetent Manager with a bad attitude, came in to withdral a large amount of money after selling my house, funds wired and posted and she continues to argue that she cannot release anything to be. Instead of calling one of her superiors and trying to problem solve she instead rather argue and be rude to a customer. I ended up going to the Mooney location and got the money that was rightfully mine to begin with.

I came into your office Monday 8-22-2016 seeking help with a insurance policy on my equity credit line. The staff was very helpful and professional in gaining the information I was seeking! The service was excellent! It did take awhile to get answers, but I was very pleased overall with the customer service I received!
