I found them to be very helpful. My call inquiry was quick, and informative. Their abrasive demeanor comes with the territory of being a collector, I get it. However the woman who assisted me was quite pleasant.

The worst customer service ever. Spoke with 2 different lady's who cut me off every time i tried to talk. Very rude when speaking to you. Really good to take the payment but try to hurry you off the phone when your trying to ask questions.

Tried to negotiate with these morons for a bad debt against my fiancee' from a cheapo telephone company Blue Casa Telephone which she had for less than a month due to bad service, they failed to cancel, now she owes this bull s**t credit company $126.00. Tried to offer them a settlement, they refused. Hope they enjoy coming all the way to San Diego from Tulare County 300 miles one way when I file my lawsuit tomorrow. FCN take the $25.00, it's a gift.

Super rude and unprofessional! I called and asked for information and they refused to answer, only indicating the name of their company. I searched online to figure out they are predators to the elderly! They made unfounded threats and did not send any paperwork to clarify the reason for their calls. Beware of these low level scumbags, they have bad reviews for a reason. After I called once, they no longer picked up my calls! I wonder why?!
