This place will not even send you letter to let you know your pawn is coming up they just melted down my stuff with out even letting me know about the Grace period I am talking to a lawyer on this one if you want a professional Pawn shop who are not snakes choose the other Pawn shop at least I received info of my loan coming up and was able to save it.

Terrible business. I brought in high quality studio equipment, in its original packaging, and they offered me 20% of its used value! Plus they completely destroyed the box while inspecting it, which totally devalued the product and made it impossible to sell anywhere else. When I complained about the state of the box they tried to reconstruct it with scotch tape! This is a high quality box filled with expensive studio equipment, and they think a layer of clear tape is enough. Ended up selling the item to another person in the store who overheard us and wanted to jump on the deal. What a trash store. 0 stars
