Horrible customer service. Management is useless also!

The bank's customer service agents treated my mother very rudely and poorly. She is older and speaks with a heavy accent. Although she was waiting first in line for help, one of the Mexican customer service reps here skipped her and assisted a white man instead. They also refused to print any kind of statement for her IRA even though it is her account and her money in the account. They also failed to offer her alternative assistance, such as phoning headquarters to have another statement printed and mailed to her. She was told to sit somewhere else to wait for a simple service and was not helped until she felt forced to complain again. Horrible customer service. We will not be using Bank of America again.

I come here at least twice a week and customer service here is the worst. The worst I ever seen. I know that there is a lot of people in this community that are not happy but what can we do right ?! I have beef waiting for 45min to be served in the business line ! What the heck is business line for ..... if they seen the regular line customers 1st ! For real! This is bull sh*t! If there was -1 star that would be it.

I deposited $100.00 into the atm machine it took my money then an error apeared on the screen it keept My money and closed my account right then And now they put some type of fraud on my credit And i cant open an account at any bank and all i did was tryed 2 use the atm machine so now im out of my $100.00 and have a fraud on my credit ive called And even went inside the bank noone seems to be able to give me an answer as to why this happened Or fix this problem very poor service

WILL NEVER RETURN. I don't care if this was the last bank I earth. Worst customer service ever received. Absolute idiots are employed at this location with ZERO knowledge. Gloria is the most incompetent bank teller I have ever encountered. Completely unprofessional and ignorant. Thank you Bank of America for showing your true colors. If only negative stars could be given.
