I have dealt with many banks over the years, and was in the in the process of closing my account with US Bank. The VP asked me what the problem was and I had told her of the horrible meeting I had had at a different branch of US Bank that same day. The VP assured me that this was a fluke and that she would do whatever it took to keep my business, and she did. That incident happened over 7 years ago, I have had US Bank on my side ever since, in particular this branch. I now do most of my banking on line and have had issues come up, and US Bank has had my back, while other banks subjected me finding outside help like life lock, US Bank back me up. I don’t trust banks to begin with, but I trust these folks.
