My husband and I bought a Dodge Calber CASH

Horrible service. They didn't make me sign a paper for diagnostics and told me that it costs 165 dollars. They replaced the temp censor which is only bolt off and on process and charged me 665 dollars for labor. On top of all these, I was told that I have an exhaust leak at the pick up. That wasn't an existing issue. I brought it back for them to fix but they asked for 2600 dollars. This is another crooked dealership.

The service department has the worst customer service. Three weeks ago we sent email, and never have heard back from anyone. This email had to do with service I wanted to have done on my truck, but I had a question first. Now, for the past 4 days, I've been trying to talk to a service person about a recall on my truck. Every time I call, they are either busy or they say " he's available now" and she switches me over to him and no one answers. Very poor service!!

I just purchased my 2017 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and it was truly effortless. I got a pricing better than other dealers in the area and was able to sit down with OJ and custom build my jeep. My Sales person Zak was friendly and pressure free during the process. I got texts and updates from them during the build process and when I picked my car up everything was smoother than I imagined. I highly recommend this dealership and when my wife gets her new car we plan on coming here again.

I had an appointment with Rex. Absolutly no pressure. Great customer service he had the truck I wanted detailed and fueled. Big selection of trucks, I got a good value for my trade in and the paperwork was smooth and easy. Without a doubt the lowest price on the outgoing 2016 ram 2500. I drove 120 miles for the truck and would shop here again in the future. Thanks premier ram.
