Phone service terrible- no one answers and its impossible to get through and then have to wait an hour to talk to someone in customer service that is in Singapore!!!! HATE BofA

This is the most frustrating experience. Trying to get through the phone service was awful. Good luck if you want to actually speak with someone. They hung up on me once and then made me go through a maze of 5-minutes-worth of options, none of which applied to my father, as I deal with his banking. I will never, ever open a B of A account after this. I'll stick with my credit union with no checking or savings fees, no ATM fees, awesome rates, and wonderful, personalized service.
