U.S. Bank Branch in Thousand Oaks, CA

Rushed over to this location in aggravatingly clustered holiday traffic seeing the closing time was 3pm needing to get a deposit done (i know cutting it close). Arrived 20 minutes before closing only to have the location already closed down and locked up not an employee in sight. Really disappointing, a waste of gas and not another location close enough to get to in time.

Bank teller Thomas is one of the rudest and most unprofessional banker I have ever met and banked with . Having multiple accounts with usbank and Wells Fargo I am not new to banking and there policy's . Being a young kid he thinks it s ok to talk down to customers . Great staff besides this child . Hopefully he will not be at this branch for much longer so I can continue to bank here . I will not go bank as long as he sits behind a desk here .

On May 3 I about 11 AM, I approached a teller, Ms. Vera-Rose A Fernandez to ask for a change for $20.00 . Ms. Vera was yapping on her cell phone. She kept me waiting for more than 10 minutes. So I interrupted her and asked for the change. She went beserk, told me how I had the courage to disturb her. She said she is a branch manager, that she was going to close my account, which she did. Another teller, Mr. Robert Chicas egged Ms. Vera to close my account. In the evening, I went to get the business card of Mr. Chicas. On my way out, he called me a "F---ker". When confronted he said that he was calling me a doctor. I have had good experience with the US bank personnel until May 3. I moved to CA about two years ago. I have accounts in other financial institutions . I was about to transfer and consolidate the various accounts in this US bank. It is very bad that US bank have such impertinent and arrogant employees. I do hope that the US bank take action and terminate these two awful employees.
