I feel like a lot of the reviews are outdated - the prices here are no longer cheap ($44 pre-tip for a simple bob cut). I was pretty disppointed - others say she's meticulous but really for my super simple haircut she was just very slow. Also it really irked me instead of taking to me, she and her staff were talking ABOUT me the entire time in their native language - they threw in enough English words that I knew they were talking about me but I couldn't understand what they were saying.

I went in for my first haircut there yesterday and let me just start by saying AMAZING, loAn did such a great job I'm for sure going back. Shes is super professional, she didn't finish until my hair was perfect ! she also washed my hair and it was also amazing because shes careful but also takes her time. 10\10 !!!

Really great place for hair cut!! I have been coming here for more than a year and Loan's hair cut never disappointed me , not even a single time. I am pretty sure that I don't have to look for another hair saloon in Sunnyvale ever again!!!

STILL The best haircut! Meticulous, so talented. Short hair. She makes me look younger! Gifted stylist. Great wash and head massage, mmmmm. Lo-An is fantastic, very sweet and accommodating. Allow extra time and relax because she does not rush - and it's totally worth it! You'll feel awesome when you head out the doors. Highly recommended.
