This is one of the very few places where staff knows exactly what they are doing and clearly communicates that to patrons. There is nothing I hate more than being surprised with "Oh, didn't we tell you, you have to have a new application, check stub, balance statement . . . you will need to return when you have all of this information." It is difficult enough having to take out a Pay Day Loan, let alone showing up to pay and having to return later because you were not informed of the requirements. The Manager Deborah is rock solid and communicates clearly, what exactly is required. She doesn’t make exceptions nor will she take abuse from those who want to argue. However, she is cheerful, kind and super respectful and a few times when I have been in not so great of a place, she has listened and shown me sincere caring. If I screw-up it is frustrating that she won’t make exceptions however, I have to respect her for that. Why should she put her job in jeopardy or subject herself to discipline for not following procedure when I am the one that is in the wrong. I have tried a few other payday loan places over time and I choose this one because of Deborah. I like consistency and dealing with fair minded, intelligent people. Oh, a word to the wise. The places that are sloppy and make exceptions may be convenient on their face. But, when corporate audits or tightens down, you will be the one to take the short stick. Corporate won’t care what exceptions/arrangements a bad employee has made. You will be subject to every rule and policy they have (that you didn’t know about), no matter how it ‘screws’ up your day.

No cash...how can they be called a check "cashing" service???

They didn't take money out as planned and I paid for it. I refinanced elsewhere ASAP. The manager is horrible and rude. Even if you have to go to a place like this, go to a different one!
