Hey Wells Fargo, When you're only manager that has "full authority" to make "important decisions" regarding an individual obtaining their own money from a Wells Fargo account deposit to another Wells Fargo account, both of which are also drawn out of the same bank home branch, it is not my problem! It is not the person's fault who owns the money, that they want to spend that money! Have better vacation coverage, you should always have a GM to service your bigger clients, obviously! Even someone on call at another branch, seriously! Furthermore, receiving the run around about stipulations that only exist on a "case by case basis" is just ridiculous when they have made exceptions in the past, but now refuse to help me because of a scheduling error, now I can't access my own money?! Ok Wells Fargo, you can bet you just lost a good customer, was it worth it?? People, if you're thinking of joining a Wells Fargo bank at all, please do yourself a favor and just Don't!(just a few examples include, but don't worry, are not limited to, ) strange Fees, a different bank policy story depending on who is working, inaudible broken English speaking people answer the phone (so frustrating, just maybe someone else should be doing that task?), and just the opposite of easy, convenient, and consistent... Kind of important when running a bank.... You know the place that owns all of your money? (Sounds awesome right?!) Just be sure all of my business will be going elsewhere in the future.
