They won't even allow there own customers / members to use their restrooms. That's the opposite of courtesy. I'm gonna change banks soon. I bet Henry Wells would have let me use the restroom.

They are horrible. Cookie and Cathleen are the only thing good about this trainwreck of a bank. Terrible management. Just not good w business owners. I dropped them in 2014. My new banks are much better to work with. They clear checks same day....cash checks on the spot....and don't treat me like a criminal. Wells? Never again will I use you.
