Great Service at every level!. I love doing business here. Ive moved all of my accounts to this branch. Eric and Dan create a family atmosphere as well as being professionals who know their banking and take care of me. The tellers are open friendly and courteous even with 2" of bulletproof plastic I feel listened to and appreciated as a customer and they know their jobs. Bill Jordan

I have been a Wells Fargo customer since it w as first interstate bank. I had 2 real estate loan with great credit throughout the 35 plus years. I applied to finance my condominium worth close to $900,000 I wanted to finance only $200,000. With a credit score of 800 no bad credit my loan was rejected. Sadly I applied with Chase bank my loan was accepted and processed within 3 weeks. I am planing to end my business with Wells Fargo and transfer to Chase bank too bad!!

I came in to cash a check a client gave me for only $1500. Very small amount. I had to wait 10 min, (what ever) Not only did they call the branch the check was written, but they actually called and interrupted the client who is highly highly successful person and doesn't have time for this... Very low standards. If they would of told me PRIOR to calling him, I wouldn't of came to cash it and would of just put in my account... Not cool, learn to communicate...

Thoroughly unprofessional, unaccommodating, condescending, and discriminating. I've never been treated so poorly at Wells Fargo, this branch seriously needs an overhaul. The tellers are perfectly friendly and competent, the branch manager did not conduct himself so. When I complained about his Business Banker's unprofessional conduct, how she engaged me combatively and refused to provide me with alternative accommodation, he literally shrugged his shoulders and endorsed her "busy schedule" and bad attitude. Unbelievable. The branch manager had zero consideration for my extra hardship- I'm in a wheelchair, which obviously limits my ability to patron a bank. They wouldn't even open the door for me. I'll be happy to return to this bank when it is under new management, and when they take ADA compliance seriously.
