HSBC closes at 4 pm and is closed on weekends. Why do they need to close at 4pm? All other banks stay open to 6 pm and have Saturday hours.

the worse bank in the world...it is impossible to log on line impossible to go into internet banking. never open on Saturday. useless bank ...not helpful, annoying as they apologize while not able to accomplish the most simplest of tasks. it is a joke to put your money into this bank. in addition to never receiving my statements, received a charge of $25 and my credit report was dinged as I did not pay. I asked for the statement so I could pay it but to no avail. It was Impossible to log on to see the charge...again this bank does not work with you it works against you!!!

Located in Suite 250. They are not listed on the directory and no one answered when I rang #250, but after getting into the lobby after a deliveryman​ and taking the elevator to the 2nd floor, I was able to go into their open offices and use the ATM
