Need more cashier!!!! And where's the business window???? Big lines all the time

The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced not to mention you have to wait for at least 15 minutes in line then to be told since you are not a customer of the bank you will have a o wait an additional 15 minutes for them to verify your account, to simply get funds from your benefits card (with BofA). On my previous visit the teller actually told me I shouldn't come to the bank because I am not a customer. Pathetic is one word to describe every aspect of this branch and bank!

Hands down, this is the worse JOKE OF A BANK I've ever had the misfortune to visit!!! Omg I've counted 9 staff here, yet they can only assign two tellers to work? - that equals TWO THUMBS DOWN! Keep in mind there are TEN TELLER WINDOWS! Best part? I just love how this sadistic staff are smiling and talking and having fun behind the bulletproof windows while the 60+ customers wait in line. Yes I wrote "60+ customer line" looping around the inside of the bank. Mothers holding babies too. I'm from Los Angeles and this is just as bad as the worse DMV or traffic court line. SHAME ON BofA!!! Stay away from this bank by all means!! Consider this your fair warning.
