ACT Finance SM in Santa Maria, CA

This place is crazy. Its like they make stuff up as they go along. None of the employees communicate with each other. Let me fill you in, we were waiting for our pink slip to be sent to us. We had gotten a notice in our po box saying we had a letter to pick up at the front desk. I called ACT and asked if thats how they sent the pink slip, they said no, it would be just sent straight to our po box. So we waited. It had been like 2 mo and still nothing. I called them and they said they never sent it but they would. Nothing ever came so I called again and this time time I was told that nothing had ever been sent and we had to bring our truck in to have the gps removed before we could have the pink slip. Why had I never been told this?! In all the time I'd been dealing with them, no one ever said sh*t about this. The guy I talked to that day said it was cuz the lady who I talked to last time was new and didnt know about the gps needing to be taken off. Ok but that still doesnt explain why it took months of going back and forth to figure out where the pink slip was. So he told me where to take the truck to get the gps removed, free of charge. And THEN we'd get the pink slip FOR SURE. Well they charged $35 at the place to check for the gps, which ended up NOT EVEN BEING THERE!! So I called ACT YET AGAIN and they said they'd send a check to reimburse for the money we were charged for the gps removal (that never even happened). Then I was told the pink slip would really be in the mail this time. I asked again if they sent it certified mail or just straight to our po box , again I was told that it would go into our po box and would not be sent certified mail. We still have not gotten our pink slip and its been months. I've been calling them and now no one will return my phone calls. This is one of the worst shams of a business Ive ever dealt with.
