This bank was taken over by Japan and after having been banking at this location for 26 years(prior to takeover), I have concluded that I hate them. Their employees are racist and the bank is unhelpful and even malicious. They really tried to harm my credit rating by their new practices and that would have made it impossible to refinance which they promised they could so easily do for me. Well, after a year of delays and more and more monkeying around with my credit, I went to another bank and got it done. They cost me over $200,000 in losses by their hostile attempt to make me lose my house, but I overcame their evil practices. 2017 new bank. F U Union Bank!
