Wells Fargo Bank in Santa Ana, CA

Business service is not honored here as I had to wait in line for 30 min

Contemplating what odor this Wells Fargo has taken on over the years - weird mixture of sickly-Tiajuana-street-dog, wet cardboard (left in a sunless dank room) and a hint of the taqueria which was here the previous 20 years. Or, your local K-Mart.

Long lines. Banker said they would call me never did. High rates for opening an account.

This branch makes its own rules. I make daily check deposits for my business at other WF branches depending on where I am during the day. I stopped by this branch to make my daily deposit because I was in the area. They would not accept my deposit. I explained that I make the exact same type of deposit 5 times a week at other WF branches and they did not care. Yvette Lozano is the operations supervision and she was adamant I was wrong. After being denied, I drove to another WF branch and made the deposit. What a pain. I just don't get it. Honestly, I am asking myself why I bank at WF.

Anyone who knows me, knows I'm horrible at managing my money. I recently signed up for a checking/savings with Marco (sales manager) and can I say I feel confident that I'm going to have a strong financial support system. He not only has a background in finance but has given me tools to help me manage my money better. I'm looking forward to a great year with this bank. Thank you Marco for your help!
