this company is just so terrible. you call the portfolio manager you get no response. you call customer service to ask for her, they said shes on a meeting. so basically our portfolio manager with the name of jacklyn monuz is in a meeting all day since October of 2015, because she never responded to any of our voicemail messages. customer service is so rude and nasty. this is the game that they are playing, you send them email, no reply, you leave them voice messages because they dont answer your call, no reply, they dont communicate with the client, so they can just keep you in the contract. if i can only give a negative star a million times I will do.

I have a had a great experience with Balboa Capital. In particular David White was really fantastic to work with. They move very fast to get things done for a small business. I look forward to a long relationship with Balboa and would recommend them to anyone looking to grow a business.
