The most unprofessional financial institution ever encountered. "... oh, THAT, deposit. Maybe it'll show up after the weekend...we get a little backed up on Fridays" I want a bank, not an incompetent plumber.

They actually brag about no longer having "quality assurance mystery shopping" so prepare yourself for long lines, people with broken English, plenty of lazy bankers sitting behind you "on the phone" while you wait for the one teller to sound out every "policy term" and If you cut in line? No problem, they'll let the customers hash it out before doing anything remotely professional for the 3 people patiently waiting. The most uncivilized group of incompetent bankers in downtown San Mateo.
