Never bank with this Wells Fargo. This was the first time I'm refused service! I was gonna deposit my check to my friend's wells fargo account. But the banker passive aggressively turned me down, just because I don't have a wells fargo account. So what? If I don't have wells fargo account, then I can't send money to my friend? This is just ridiculous. I won't disclose the name of that banker for now. But just let everybody be aware how terrible their service is!

Most of the time Wells Fargo is pretty good at customer service. I felt very unwelcome by the banker here. He made it seem like I interrupted his day. However ladies at the counter were very pleasant and helpful. Go to the foster city Wells Fargo if want a better banking experience.
