Veronica (both of them) are extremely incompetent. They might be the worst bankers I've ever experienced and I used to be one of them. Do yourself a favor, go to chase or wells fargo

Its amaizes me that a bank charges to cash one of their own checks aside from long lines and rude service. This is enough to terminate my employment just so I never have to deal with them ever again.

Just spoke with a representative and he saved me from being victim to a scammer's check. I sell my paintings online through Depop and a buyer messaged me to email them, and gave me instructions to chase my check and send some back to them. I thought this was strange, so I called my local branch and told them my situation and he told me it was definitely fraud. Thank you for saving me the huge headache if I would have fallen for that scam! Etsy, Depop, and other online sellers beware of these scams for too good to be true deals on your merch

Perfect! I have been with this bank since I first opened a checking account and I love them. I have never had a single problem with customer service or rudeness. Sometimes the lines do get a little long, but the bankers do everything they can to make sure every guest is dealt with TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITIES. People just have to understand that sometimes the bank system will only allow a banker to go so far, considering they're also a branch and not a full scale bank!
