Try to avoid this branch if possible. If the rest of the branches were like this one I would close my business accounts. Thankfully they are not like this one. So we can all just avoid this branch and move on.

Girl in charge should be fired. I needed help with my account and she told me to go to another branch because she only sees you with an appointment... WTF!?
