Wells Fargo Bank in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA

Mykia the teller that assisted me was really ride, which is surprising since usually they have great customer service. I said hello, thank you, how are you? She didn't respond to anything. Ride!

My experience was the worst i have ever encountered. I went in there to cash my payroll check i was asked to give my fingerprint 2 ID's all which i obliged, after that the teller went and spoke to 2 other employees and asked me to sit down and then the 3rd employee is looking at my ids and looking over at me ,it was just the most awkward and embarassing experience I've ever had, i ended up going over to the teller asking for my check and ids back amd walked out. This was a billion dollar companies payroll check the funds were most certainly there... how or why would i ever open an account there knowing the subpar service that is given when you don't have an account with you so that if i wrote a check out to someone they would be treated in this manner. Shame on you Wells Fargo for NOT delivering the same customer service to all that enter your establishment.

Standard Wall St zombie bank. Launders drug money and falsifies accounts...but you can get service here as well.

Would give 5 stars for a business line! In a hurry with deadlines and the location no longer provides a quick line for business accts smh!

There isn't a bank that services better coffee around. Cool vibes. Thanks for a great experience.
