Online service is sub-par, customer service is outsourced to Texas and slow, their back-office has cut services (new cards used to be shipped within three days, now you pay for that service--ordinary service is now 7 to 10 days). Dual and incongruent back-office systems have mangled my address several times and confused my business and personal accounts. So long, Union Bank.
