Be sure to go over all your financial documents with these people when you take a mortgage out with them. They miscalculated our monthly payments and now they are saying we owe them $250 more per month than what we signed on our contract. Not only are they increasing our monthly payments but they want us to pay them the difference for the past year! Go anywhere else for a mortgage loan.
