Best bank yet, they are so nice and helpful.

I find the staff to be very helpful and friendly. All my issues always get sorted out with smile. I would recommend this place to everybody. :-)

Good bank and the personal banker here was so kind to get the best for us

The staff is nice, but the bank system itself sucks. I have been a member for 7 years, since I was 15, and I have had a few problems every so often where I get an unjust charge with no refund when I go talk to them about it. I have made changes over the years to the way my account is set up only to find out that when their system is reset all my changes go back to default. The only thing I like is most of my checks are for wells fargo so they deposit immediately, the staff is personable, and you don't have to wait in long lines like other banks. I just use this bank for savings without checkings because of the problems that occur and have direct deposits every month for a free account. It is a good side bank. However be careful about setting up your account, look into the whole HSFC scandal. They should be doing things better and more legal however W.F. is known to be shady
