Tae Kim and his superior's wouldn't honor his verbal to match Citi's 3.5 to 3.625, zero points. He wanted copies of Citi's loans numbers but would not put his matching offer on a revised loan document. When he verbally matched Citi's number I agreed to give him my business, paid for Appraisal but after a week he would not follow through with new loan docs & insisted I give him Citi's number. Thank god, Rory Hennings at Citi locked in my loan sent me documents without demanding ANY competitor s numbers. Tae Kim and Paramount money men not nimble enough to get you a fair or good deal. They move fast if the give you a bad loan for 3.375 AND $4,600 to buy down 3.375. He didn't tell me about buy down till I got loan docs and asked him. Next day we talk verbal said his money men could drop it to $2600, but never sent any more docs with new numbers, ever I called Citi the next day, Rony thought he could do 3.5-max 3.625 & no buy down or points.
