Tellers are friendly and knowledgeable. Bank is clean and accessible to all. The free coffee is a bonus.

Wells Fargo .. Ugh ! I hate this bank there "teamwork" is weak and every "Banker" I deal with they act like Bitches .... I can't wait to close my accounts at this Horrible bank.. Bye bye Hoe's ;)

I forgot my debit card in the ATM and my boyfriend was able to get inside the bank before I did and he asked the teller before I got there. Once I got there the teller went to check the back and returned my debit card, I was super happy and appreciative, I told her thank you! and she just gave me a blank stare and told me that if it happens next time they'll rip my card and she walked away. Really mean attitude. I've never felt that bad about a visit to Wells Fargo and I've been a customer for over 5 years. I'm definitely changing banks.
