I love this branch! Customer service is great and all of the employees are friendly! Management is always around and they make sure you are taken care of.

My husband went in to open an account and was helped by a worker named Kristina Martinez. He later came home and said he didn't understand what she was doing but we later received lots of mail because she opened three accounts, when he only wanted to open one. It seemed to take quite some time before the confusion was finally cleared and to this day my husband still can't explain what happened. How a person screws this up is beyond me. I've been a patron of this branch for years but they need to step up their recruitment and training or just fire the inept workers.

I'm done with this bank. Every time I turn around I get charged a fee. I said I don't want overdraft, and they kept charging me overdraft fees, had to go in at least five times to get it fixed. Now they charge me fees for not enough transactions that they never used to charge me for for years. They used to merge all my accounts into one statement, now I have to print out 35 statements to do a refi. And what's with asking me what my plans are for the weekend every time I go in. It's like everyone who works there has to read a manual on how to make small talk - it's all so fake. They last straw was when the teller deposited a check for $1800 as $800 because she missed the "1" as it was printed out of alignment - yes, that's why it's written out in words as well. Do yourself a favor and go to a local credit union.
