HSBC Bank in Pasadena, CA

I don't do much banking (haha) but compared to dealing with hsbc on the phone, and compared to dealing with the branch on ventura blvd. in woodland hills (awful, awful) these people at this here branch in Pasadena are very very nice and helpful indeed. (parking isn't impossible either) theres NEVER a line (hardly anyone's EVER there, it seems...) they have consistently been very helpful, very professional, they don't seem fake, their sympathy seems real, and, while this might seem risky, they don't seem arrogant (such as I often find when dealing with american employees), nor do they seem "fake" or "like they don't understand the subtleties of american english/american culture" (I often find quite the opposite when dealing with so called "ethnic minorities on the phone, (and sometimes at banks.) IN OTHER WORDS: they have excellant customer service of the non-off-putting variety. a plus in my book.
