Wells Fargo Bank in Ontario, CA

Horrible customer service... GABRIELA pena and Melissa Ibarra discriminate Hispanics who do not speak English. Gabriela made a customer feel like she was stupid. Did not try to assist or to try to look at options,when I asked to speak with the branch manager she impersonated her boss. Never called the boss, or even tried to. I personally witness everything up close and closed my account for that reason. If you are having personal issues you leave them at the door. If she treated one person like that I can just imagine how she treats others. I definitely hated it.. Both either need to get a disciplinary action or get fired. Sad to see your own race with no respect. I am more upset the fact that they made the customer cry and it's sad because people like that people are afraid to speak up. Please avoid these two representatives. Really disappointed on how a great bank has horrible bankers.

As the owner of wells fargo youd think i have wonderful things to post !!!Well the euclid branch has not been helpfull at all during my research and work toward my takeing over of my securities and assets,aAs a whole though,They do great in concealing client personal accounts and info....One other thing which comes to mind is the amount of diffrent departments clients have to deal with in order to recieve thee assistence one needs to regather docs and or stolen files...which again is good for customer having no problems nor catastrophic or heart breaking events in there live (IN A PERFECT WORLD) ...... Unfortunately thats not the WORLD we live in and people do get robbed lose thing or mispace inportant item's in the midst of drama ....so though i have work to do ......I steal give five stars to WELLS FARGO .....

By far the worst branch I have ever been to. Rude and disrespectful managers completely unprofessional would not recommend this Wells Fargo for anything especially opening a new business account.
