My call for the payoff amount cost me an extra $15. They misinterpreted my request for information as an authorization to collect and charged me the 'phone payment fee'. No only that, the regularly scheduled payment, in the amount of the correct payoff, was collected too. My bank processed two payments. I am lucky that it did not overdraft my checking account.

Place is a rip off they are reporting on my credit report I bought a car when it was a puppy. Made it really hard to buy a car . they are a joke can't even get the pay off to end this nightmare . the next time I will do my homework better instead of getting caught up on a,sales persons lies. They also charge you to make payments . really like your additional 2800. To my total wasn't enough . I seriously believe they purposely don't answer the phone and give your payoffs cause they don't want to lose that extra money .

I wish I could give them a 0. I called and received an automated message stating I owed $ 1763. I paid the balance and I just got a call stating they did an audit and I owe them another $109 dollars. I paid that amount in February and 2 months later they call and say I owe more money. They are clearly fradualent.

If I could give these shysters 0 stars, I would. They harass (I blocked their calls and they call me every night 20+ times - I check my provider's incoming call list) and they don't post checks on time. My bank sent a check on the 3rd of the month and MFS didn't deposit it until the 11 and charged me a $30 late fee. I will not ever pay any of the late fees. I can't begin to say how angry I am with how they do business. As soon as I am able to pay the loan off, I will and they can suck it. SUCK IT!!!!!!!!!!

First off Why cant we select NO STARS... Despite calls to this place asking for a payoff on a wedding gown months ago, no one seemed to be able to help. So I just got a call saying I was going to collections if I didn't pay 200$ today. Needless to say I am not able to pay that money a week before Christmas and less than a month before the wedding. I asked them if they had ever reached out to me prior to today, she said no because I am still within my "Grace Period". To be accurate, per their records, I am 4 days away from being sent to collections. That to me is NO Grace Period. All my monthly installments were paid, but now I have to Pay the Piper to, as the girl said "Own my merchandise" Its a wedding gown, its been in my possession for 6 months and being altered. They had no real interest in making any arrangements except 100 today and 100 in 2 weeks. Ya not happening. This will be paid, but only when I am financially able to do so. I don't EVER right reviews, but DO NOT EVER use this company. Unprofessional, uncaring, and ZERO customer service experience. The young lady who I spoke to didn't seem to understand what she was saying. My next call will be to the salon who recommended this company. Hopefully they will not use them again.
