I got my second mortgage through Vic, and later a refinance through him as well. He saved me a lot of money, was completely upfront about his fees and the banks fees, and came through with everything he promised. On one loan, the bank baulked at a clause in my ground lease (nothing that Vic was at fault for) and the during the delay, interest rates when up. Vic found me an alternative lender and made up the rate difference to me during closing. Just this year, I bought property in Montana and was looking for a third loan. Vic is not a licensed broker in Montana, and he told me so up front. But he said that he'd be happy to advise me on the rates and terms I was being quoted. I sent him some info and he ran a spreadsheet for me with price points, loan rates, break even numbers etc - all for a loan he knew he wasn't going to make any money on. He is that good of a guy. Look him up and trust that Vic will made the transaction a win-win for both parties and be totally upfront with you about costs.

Excellent at walking us through the process, explaining the parts we needed and keeping us informed of our options. He was great at keeping the ball rolling--even when our appraiser died unexpectedly mid-process and we had to have a second. We keep getting mailers and calls from others offering us worse rates.

I just finished refinancing my home. I have done that previously several times. My experience with Vic was amazing. The entire process only took a little over 6 weeks, with Vic doing most of the work and doing it in a professional courteous and capable manner. It was obvious he loved his work and was very good at it. I have refinanced with different banks and lending agencies in the past and was left feeling depleted. Unbelievably, that was not the experience this time.
