Very nice people to work with around

i have been cashing check for years at this check cash center on 18th street here in oakland, the customer service here was good now its real bad,i was there to cash a check there to day, it was a personal check that was written to me for serving a legal document, the teller want to the back office with check for a half hour,the teller came out of the back office and told me that she cold not cash the check because the person who wort the check would not verify the funds in there account, i said you call the bank to verify the account, the teller said the we have to have the person who wort the check verify the funds, i have work as a teller in a cash checking store for 2 years. and these check cashing places have direct line to banks to verify funds on any check to be cash in the check cashing store. i could not understand why this teller was not telling me the truth, ill never cash a check there again.

Though it took a while for them to approve me. I was pleased they went out of their way to assist me to get approved, I jyst got a raise but could use a little Christmas $$
