The worst, in order to cash a check made out from their bank there is a fee, who do they think they are, the check cashing store?

Went in to cash a "Settlement Check" from my attorney. Only one teller was there and I was 4th in line. After about 15 or 20 minutes, about 3 employees from the bank walked in with coffee. At this time I was 2nd in line. Another 5 mins went by before I was called to the window at which point I was given the run around in regards to my TWO (2) pieces of ID, which was exactly what they asked for and then they charged me $10 to cash the check... Next time, I'll just deposit the check into my account.
