I love this bank! I just moved into town not to long ago and I come here all the time to make deposits for work and I also bank here personally. I have never had any problems with anyone here everyone is always so nice to greet you with a smile.I love Mary shes so sweet!if your thinking about getting an account go here they are all awesome!

I find Miranda, one of the bankers, in this downtown novato, to be very unprofessional and disrespectful. I was stunned by her attitude not only toward a customer, but also to one of her colleague.
